Order Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. Contact customer support immediately if you need to cancel or modify. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view real-time updates under My Orders, or use our Track Order page.
Product Questions
Are your products authentic brand-name items?
Yes. We sell genuine products from recognized grocery and specialty food brands. Each product page lists the brand, size, and category where available.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer volume pricing on select snacks, spices, and pantry lines for restaurants and businesses. Email support with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns, Refunds & Quality
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened perishables and custom-blended orders may have restrictions. Damaged or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or full refund.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Request Refund. Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions when approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Storage & Usage
How should I store opened spices and packaged foods?
Keep spices in airtight containers away from heat and light. Follow the best-by and storage guidance on each product label.
